Wanna quit smoking? The ugly vice that is ruining your life?

Smoking is very detrimental to your health. You will definitely regret it later on in life.

  1. 10 Deep Breaths

    Whenever you want to smoke take 10 DEEP breaths and Keep saying “NO” in your mind.

  2. Cut Down on Alcohol

    Try not to consume too much alcohol, sugar or coffee as they increase the desire to smoke.

  3. Stay Away From Smoking Areas

    Try to stay away from the place you smoke most.

  4. Nicotine Patches or Gum

    Try nicotine gum or patches as a last resort. You could also try herbla cigarettes.

  5. Exercise

     Go for a walk or a jog or go work out in your gym.

  6. Ask For Help

    When you feel like smoking, talk to someone about it. They can talk you out of it.

  7. Save Money

    Think about how much money you would save by not smoking. Pamper yourself with the money that you normally would have spent on cigarettes.

  8. Write It Down

    Write down why non smokers lead a better and safer life than a smoker.

  9. Set A Goal

    Set yourself a target number of cigarettes per day if you want to quit gradually. Try to delay your first cigarette of the day as long as possible.

  10. Think About Temptation

     Think about how the temptation has such a firm hold over your life. Rationalise. Look up all the ill effects of smoking on the Internet.
