Cold Water Strengthens The Immune System

If you are one of those people who are in the winter, every other day jumping in a frozen lake or river water – you are, the pure you weirdo!
However, if you do not practice as often, and creeps into the cold water only occasionally and for short – are you a man who takes care of your health.

Sudden and radical change in temperature causes the body to shock, maybe it sounds suspicious, but that is what strengthens our immune system.

Popular to say, the body is now toughened.

However, if you do not practice as often, and creeps into the cold water only occasionally and for short – are you a man who takes care of your health.

Team of scientists from the Czech Republic carried out a study of the test participants, three times a week, a couple of minutes dive in icy water. After two weeks of testing, monitoring of physiological changes, the researchers found that study participants in the body significantly increased white blood cell count. So, it was concluded that the cold water – mild stress – a button that activates the immune system.

Suddenly exposed to high temperature, blood rushes to the surface exposed to the cold – he was “sent” to your body. Both extremes makes the heart work as a pump. That is why the cycle of sauna-sauna-snow makes people glow beauty.

So why the increase in blood flow is good for health?

We all know that swimming – a great way to physical education. Additional advantages you will get, if not swimming in the warm and cold water (no matter – the pool, river or lake). Swimming in cold water, your body is forced to work twice harder to maintain a higher temperature, causing calories to melt faster.
