Exercising can do a lot to help with quitting.  It is a healthy distraction from smoking. Also, smoking may make it more of a problem to work out so you may possibly decide to smoke less.

5.You’ll look and feel better

Your skin, nails, and teeth will look and feel better, your lungs can take more activity, and psycologically you will feel more refreshed. You will also probably smell better.
