How to Increase Your Stamina During Intercourse for Men

Majority of women complain about their men, being one minute men. They might not say in public but secretly they are left sitting on the bed asking themselves is that it. Many men get theirs but what about Sarah. Sarah would like to be in long enough to get hers. Men joke about having a quickie, the only problem is they have a quickie every time. Not to brag but many times my wife has an orgasm before me. I am going to reveal the tips I use, and the advice I give to other men to improve their stamina.

No I’m not about to sell you any products if that’s what you thinking.  I am just giving practical everyday tips you can use to improve your stamina.  I have heard other men give advice about focusing during intercouse.  I find that very amusing.  I don’t think I want to be focusing on trying to park the boat, while I’m rocking the boat.

Allot of these tips seem like common sense but I am going to point them out anyway. First you need to exercise at least 3 times a week. I run about 6 miles every week and do various strength training exercises weekly as well. Exercise helps you function in all the right places. Exercise help more blood flow to the right places as well if you know what I mean.Something else I have been doing for years, that reall makes a difference in my performance  deals with what I drink. I have been drinking herbal tea’ s for years. I drink allot of herbal tea’ s with ginseng in it all the time. Every time I go to the store I grab either an herbal tea, or one of the Sobe drinks, with ginseng and other supplements.   We all know what ginseng does for the body, I really think every man should try to drink more herbal teas. Every few months I grab myself a bottle of colon cleanse and caster oil.  I cleane my body to get all the toxins out of my body so it can perform better.   If you think about what a regular oil change will does for a car’s performance than you get the point.  After a colon cleanse my  body feels rejuvenated.  Colon cleanse is also knocks a few pounds around your waist as well.  We all know what looking in the mirror at a slim waist will do to your ego.  You will get a burst of energy and feel like you are young again. Personally I feel like exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body to maintain your stamina.

  5. i totally agree with you. to gain power for men is the best way to do exercise every day for sometime.

    as we have very busy schedule of lives so we ignore one most important thing… \”keeping our muscles pumped / active / alive ).

    i gain some fats on my waist couple of years ago and ever since i lost mental and physical strength and this way i lose my timing…….. it hurts…… :-(

    honestly i will post my comment after two months, after making exercise as habit of my daily life..

  6. 60% improvement by exercise .i also agree exercise (2-3 miles daily) makes man to get more time in bed room with her wife.Both will be happy.Other thing is control your diet(20%)Use (night soaked )Almonds 11 seeds daily.Also try Ashwagandha root/1 Spoon with milk .Use it 2-3 monts daily with milk depends on your body situation(20%).Now you are 100% strong even age of 55 Yers.
    don\’t use alcohal or any durg.
