Our so-called “gateway” drug commonly referred to as “Pot, Smoke, Hash, etc…” is one of the main reasons our jails across the country are filling up, and that apparently makes you depressed, suicidal, even angry and psychotic, is now being used for several medicinal purpose’s that actually work with little to less side effects then any modern day prescription.

Benefits of Marijuana:

• PAIN RELIEF: have a bad back ache, arthritis’s, or even serious migraines? Marijuana is proven to relieve body aches and muscle cramps, even reduce stress and can make fighting chemotherapy easier
• CURES NAUSEA: Ever get a bad case of stomach flu, or are you tortured by IBS? Marijuana is proven to relieve indigestion and/or stomach upset
• PRESCRIPTION ILL SIDE EFFECT RELIEF: Marijuana is proven to help people taking medications that cause serious ill side effects such as “Methotrexate.”.

• The Statues (in most states), state that, “It is illegal to posses marijuana, with the intent to sell, with the intent to deliver, with the intent to, and so on and so on
• No maritime circuit court can convict you on the pretense of intent unless you were caught in the act of the intent stated in your states statue, if they say, “ your under arrest for the possession of marijuana,” politely respond, “according to the states statue it is not illegal for me to posses marijuana unless I posses it with the intent of selling or delivering it, in which this case never apply to me, and further more if you proceed to arrest me it will be under protest and duress…” or something like that
