Perspective: Smoking and Nutrition – Part Two
Wanna keep smoking, or not?
Due to the number of readers (whom read my article)… gratefully, the love within me wills to reveal more of my perspective regarding the issue. First, in life, I have found the best way to abstain from any thing is temporal abstinence. Second, the heart which truly desires to quit smoking… will desire to quit smoking, even as the person smokes a cigarette. Therefore I tell you, I choose to pick up addiction like a good habit. I have never smoked crack and never will (I am not judging anyone, merely stating). Although, addiction arrives in many forms. Food, marijuana, tobacco, kindness.
Temporal abstinence is a very realistic goal. Further, I believe quite sincerely… most of the things which people believe to be bad are actually good in some way. Rape is never good in any way. Although, smoking is good in a number of unique ways. The problem with smoking is that many people never learn to quit smoking, and start again; therefore creating a systematic pattern of cycles which teach the body to cleanse its self. [I am not a doctor, I have no college, I am merely a self-educated Carolingian master rhetorist].
To me, when I quit smoking… my immune system automaticly invokes the correct method to purify the lungs. The same method it had been trying, although was working way too hard; because fresh smoke arrives daily. I must learn to go from zero to sixty, or else I do not have a car at all. I am no driver, if I never learn to park. Further, to park… I must learn to reach zero miles per hour.
The rush that my heart receives, when I “crave” a cigarette, is like a fountain of rejuvenation to me. I simply desire to feel it again and again, while choosing the correct day to finally smoke again. But I will tell you my standard: “Since I have begun smoking, I have not smoked for more years than I have smoked.” The years are clearly defined, and any year which was wishy-washy is accounted as having smoked.
This may sound crazy to people, what I am about to say. Although I tell you, I believe it with all my heart. I do not believe that smoking causes cancer. Emphysema perhaps, but not cancer. I believe that cancer is caused through smoking because micro particles of radioactively charged molecules… deposit themselves in the tar and stay there for years, searing the tissues over time. I am quite sure that every doctor and its baby can prove me wrong, that is why they are doctors and I am not. I am merely a Carolingian rhetorist.
People, I iterate a truth to you. The person who desires to quit smoking… wills to quit smoking; in the face of a cigarette, or in its absence. If I have given you anything to quit smoking, it is merely that I desire you to be a master of your own will. That is the craving I live for, to master my own will. If smoking was not such an issue bringing up such judgment, and weaknesses, I would have quit entirely… many years ago. Remember, that craving is merely a fountain of rejuvenation springing within your heart. Enjoy it and desire to see it again. The bad thing is… if you never feel it again.
