Quiting Bad Habits: The Results

After quiting all my bad habits such as drinking too much Coca Cola, watching TV too many hours and listening to music all day while working, here are the results about it.

I stopped watching TV for an year now. I never missed it, nor the movies, nor the news, I do not miss anything. The TV just does not exist for me at all. I just watch the Tour de France for five minutes a day or so and never in my place.

How did I cut the TV addiction? I just cut the cable and made it tough to get a new one again.

So simple.

The next thing was the Coca Cola. I used to drink more than 2L of Coke a day. I feels really good, the muscles become tense and you have energy for a long day of hard work. The only problem is that your health and for the wallet too.

How did I do it? I just said to my closest friends I would never ever again under any circumstance drink Coke again. Even my mother is proud of me. When I look to a Coke bottle I always boil of course but I just do not ask for one.

Finally my worst addiction of all is music. I am still to get rid of this habit. Every time the laptop is on, the Media Player is on, all the time, no exceptions. I just feel amazing while listening to music.

If I am listening to my favorite songs then I feel the Al Mighty god and I feel I can do anything.

The only problem is that this effect is not last longing and just like Nitrous in a car, it will fade to dust after a few minutes so it’s something to get rid of.

How am I going to make it?

Just another hard cold promise to my closest people and specially to myself.
