It has been found through many studies that Runescape and other role-playing games are highly, highly addictive. In China Internet, and more specifically video games, is being treated the same as substance addictions. This shows you truly how serious these issues are. There was a man in California who sat and played World of Warcraft for four days straight and he died! People are becoming way too addicted to these forms of entertainment. I recommend if you play these games for any more than one hour a day cut these games completely out of your life for at leas a month. reevaluate what you have done with your free time and think about how much better your life has been. You will find that you have found many more things to do. Your attention span will be longer and you will find yourself feeling much healthier. I will tell you it will be VERY hard to stop playing video games. You will probably exhibit symptoms much like that of tobacco withdrawal or alcohol withdrawal. As a final note I plead with you to take this step of faith to make our future better. Our nations will be stronger and our futures brighter if we curb the addiction to what we call video games.
