Smoking
Smoking is extremely bad for health and addictive.
A cigarette butt contains more than 4000 types of harmful chemical of more than 100 are cancer causing substances. A cigarette butt also contains nicotine which is extremely addictive.During the very first puff of a smoker, nicotine reaches the brain to its maximum level. After a certain period, the nicotine level falls to a low level which makes the smoker want to smoke again. When the smoker starts smoking another cigarette butt again, the nicotine levels will reach the brain to the maximum level in 7 second, this makes the smoker addicted to smoking.
Then why do people want to smoke when it is so bad for their health? This is because when they smoke, they get the “high” feeling they craved. This will relieve their stress and trouble.
Smoking also “rob” you of your money as a packet of cigarette cost more than $10. Many people would give up that amount of money, some even more as they craved for the “high” feeling and are addicted to it.
But there are a few ways of quitting smoking but they are not as easy as it seems. Among them includes gradual decrease which means you smoke less and less cigarette butts each time. But most people find it difficult to completely stop smoking but they are able to lessen their cigarette butts. But this is one of my favourite method as it is better than totally resisting smoking which is even worse.
