The Latest Advice on Overcoming Nicotine Addiction and a Link to More | All Free and No Strings Attached

The Tobacco Industry does not want to tell us and Health Professionals tend to overlook these factors but the truth will out!

If you want to stop smoking you should first understand what you will face. Read this article to get the information you need to prepare to give up the evil weed, to understand the withdrawal symptoms you will face (especially those that Health Professionals fail to tell you about) and to be ready to deal with the withdrawal symptoms once you have stopped smoking : How to Overcome the Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms

Incentives for You to Give Up Smoking

One of the most useful exercises you can carry out while you are preparing to stop smoking is to incentivise yourself. We are a group of friends who learned the full advantage of doing this with trial and error. We hope these methods work for you – we have all long stopped smoking.

The Financial Incentive to Stop Smoking

If you smoke a 20 pack per day in the UK you will be spending £1,600 per year on smoking. Take some time and think how better you could use this money. The most effective use for this money is to put it into an account for your children, give it to charity or fix your financial situation. However, the truth is, that you would be better off flushing the money down the toilet than spending it on tobacco! Why? Because flushing it away and not smoking could prevent you from having lung cancer, leg amputations, heart disease or all three. It could prevent you from being a financial burden on your family and actually destroying the family you have struggled to raise. It could prevent you from upsetting your family and friends – stay healthy and don’t let your family and friends see you without legs. Do you really want your son, daughter, partner or best friend to have to wipe your bottom when you can’t? Then stop spending £1600 a year on making that more likely.

The Environmental Incentive to Stop Smoking

Smokers have been working on turning the planet into an ashtray (ash can) and, ever since the Tobacco Industry invented filters, the problem has become worse. Take a look next time you walk by a designated smoking area – the mess they leave is worse than bird muck as the bird muck can be washed away. Nub or butt ends take hundreds of years to erode and particles persist to make our planet unhealthy. Do you really want to contribute to this mess?

The Way You Look Incentive to Stop Smoking

Smoking has the effect of kippering your face. You will look old before your time. Your skin will have a yellow tinge. Your teeth – if you manage to keep them in your diseased gums – will be yellow and furry. You’ll be fatter in the long run too as smoking slows you down and you turn into a typical smoking slob.

The Way You Smell Incentive to Stop Smoking

Unless you have given up smoking in the past and come back to it (as most people do before they stop for good) you will not fully appreciate the way you smell. You’ll never understand that your breath in rank and totally disgusting in the view of non-smokers. The best way for you to understand how bad you smell is this:

Keep an ashtray full of nub (butt) ends. Add two teaspoons of water to it. Inhale the ashtray first thing every morning. To increase the reality you could put the nub ends in a half full can of beer and smell that.

The Way You Pay for Tobacco Industry Executives to Have a Better Life than You Do Incentive to Give Up Smoking

Tobacco Industry shareholders, executives, farmers and sellers are very much like any other dealers in drugs. They make massive profits from keeping you addicted and spreading the addiction. They profit every time a child starts to smoke and every time you put another cigarette in your mouth. The only way to stop them making money out of you (and taking it away from your family and other good causes) is to stop smoking.
