Herbs for Pain
Have you tried every pain medicine, but none of them worked? With your doctor’s or an herbalist’s permission to take herbs for the pain…
Everyone on Earth has had or will have pain. For some people pain is a headache once in awhile. Some people have pain that lasts every second of every day of their lives
An herbalist will probably give you a few herbs at once. they will be an herb for pain, an antispasmodic herb, a sedative and finally an antidepressant. To illustrate what I mean, here is an example: willow bark for the pain, cramp bark for spasms. Valerian for a sedative and St John’s wort as an antidepressant.
One herb for pain to try is bromelain. This herb is a pineapple extract and is also a powerful antiinmflammatory. Take 2-3g daily at first then as the pain starts to go away.
Burdock is an herb that purifies the blood and helps pain go away. This herb is taken as either 1-3 capsules or 10-25 drops of extract in 1 cup water daily.
Chamomile helps to get rid of the stress of muscle tissue. There are three ways to consume chamomile, either 1-3 cups tea . Ten to 20 drops of extract in 1 cup water daily or 1-3 capsules daily.
If you are having a stressful time with your emotions, that cause muscle tension, turn to tea. Makes teas with borage, lemon balm, valarian and St John’s wort.
