Six Simple Ways to Reduce Your Wrinkle
Six simple & practical tips to help reduce your wrinkle.
Many people start to have wrinkle in their late 20s or 30s. It depends on age, skin type, environment and behavior. We are not talking about surgery or Botox injection, below are 6 simple & practical tips to help reduce your wrinkle.
Avoid the UV
From most studies, Ultraviolet (UV) from the sun is the main cause of wrinkles. Even if it is the cloudy day, you may still be exposed to the UV. If you live in the sun-intense area, you need to avoid going out during the day. If you have to, protect yourself with sunscreen, sunglasses, hat or umbrella.
Avoid squinting
Repetitive facial movements actually lead to fine lines and forming a groove beneath the skin’s surface. This groove eventually becomes a wrinkle. Also, wear reading glasses or sunglasses, if you need them. It can keep you from squinting.
Don’t wash your face too often
According to dermatologists’ studies, tap water strips skin of its natural barrier oils and moisture that protect against wrinkles. Wash them off too often, and you wash away protection. And unless your soap contains skin-protecting moisturizers, use a facial cleanser instead of soap.
Sleep on your back
Sleeping in certain positions night after night leads to wrinkles. Called sleep lines, these wrinkles eventually become etched on the surface of the skin and no longer disappear once you’re up. Sleeping on your side increases wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping facedown gives you lines on the forehead. To reduce wrinkle formation, just sleep on your back.
Quit smoking
Smoking causes the accelerate aging. Studies have found that a person who smokes for a minimum of 10 years is more likely to develop deeply wrinkled, leathery skin and unhealthy yellowish hue to their complexion. Quit smoking and these signs can be greatly diminished or avoided.
Eat right
By eating Salmon or other cold-water fish (which is an awesome source of an omega-3 fatty acid), Cocoa (which contains high levels of epicatchin and catechin) and vitamin C from fruits & vegetables, can help reduce wrinkles, protected skin from sun damage and made the skin look soft and feel smoother.
Apart from the above tips, you should always make yourself happy and relax. Then you will see that you can make a difference.
