Suffering From Stiff and Aching Joints?

As we get older our joints begin to feel a bit stiff and at times even give us some aches and pains. But there is a way of preventing or reducing and in most cases eliminating completely those stiff and aching joints.

Many old people feel stiffness and aching in their joints and think it is just part of the aging process and that they cannot do anything about it.

 

The reason that our joints start to get stiff is because our bodies are not producing enough of the natural lubrication which would normally keep our joints moving freely.

 

And the aching sensation is caused by the friction of the joints as they rub together without the sufficient natural lubrication being present.

 

But there is a remedy for this situation and that is to replace the natural lubrication. If a car or bicycle has stiff joints which are hard to move we put oil into the joint to loosen it and help to make it work more freely.

 

And that is exactly what you need to do for the joints in your body when they become stiff and hard to move. Obviously you would not add oil to your joints in the same way as you would on a car or bicycle.

 

With our bodies there is a much more simpler and natural way of adding this lubrication to our joints.

 

Many of our grandparents have used castor oil, in a capsule form from the pharmacy, to endeavour to lubricate their joints, but although it did ease some of the stiffness, it only had a limited effect.

 

The remedy that is recommended to effectively prevent, reduce and in most cases eliminate completely those stiff and aching joints is virgin olive oil.

 

And the way to introduce virgin olive oil naturally into our bodies is to use it in all the things which we eat. When you make cakes, use virgin olive oil instead of butter.

 

Put it in your salads, pizzas, casseroles, stews and when you make just about anything where it can only make an improvement.

 

Virgin olive oil is absolutely wonderful with fresh bread. Just add a little salt and lemon to the virgin olive oil and experience the amazing taste of a Mediterranean appetizer.

 

But don’t wait until you get old to gain the enormous benefits that virgin olive oil can bring you, start using it now in all your cooking recipes and prevent those stiff and aching joints from ever happening.

  2. olive oil is a great remedy for a lot of things. I used it a lot when my kids were small and they felt hurting their head. Instead of using ice, someone told me to use olive oil and it was incredible the way it worked so good!
