A Cause for Heart Attack
Heart attack can be caused by several factors. But did you know that you may be suffering from vital exhaution (VE) if you go through the day feeling really tired, and this can could cause a heart attack?
Research by doctors in the Netherlands showed that severe exhaustion (VE) may increase the risk of having a first heart attack. When you feel tired all day and ready to quit exercising some control over the stresses of life, you might be on the verge of a setback that could cause the heart attack, particularly when it is characterized by feelings of extreme fatigue and irritability. Blood samples were taken from 60 people, their ages ranging from 40 to 65, and the result showed that half of them suffered from vital exhaustion (VE). They had higher levels of blood- clotting protein fibrinogen, throughout the day, than those not suffering from VE. Elevated fibrinogen levels indicate increased blood-clotting, as a result of which, the blood flow to the heart or brain is restricted, thus increasing the risk for heart attack.
