First step

Boil anise seed, root regalis and black cherry bark (if you’ve decided to include it) in water in a covered pot for 15 minutes.

2 Step

remove from heat, add the thyme, cover and let cool to room temperature. Strain and add honey, warming a little infusion, if necessary, to dissolve the honey.

3 Step

Store in a covered glass jar in the refrigerator, which lasted three months. Take a teaspoonful every time you need to relieve cough.
