Basic Color Therapy for All
Each color has its own frequency. Which one matches yours?
Color Therapy Can help You: Find Out How
COLOR THERAPY FOR A BETTER LIFE: CHOOSE YOUR COLORS WISELY.
All colors vibrate on a given frequency and each one is slightly different. The range that we can see is somewhere between 670 to 480 THz . Imagine what other amazing colors there may be in other frequencies that are outside of our field of perception.
Each of these colors vibrations affects the human body. We are, after all, just a collection of atoms, electrons and molecules. These are all bouncing around in an electro-magnetic field to give the illusion of a solid mass.
So, color can affect mood, health and general well being.
If you wear bright red, for example, you may find that it makes you aggressive and unable to relax. However, a little red will give you confidence and make you feel empowered. Beware of reds if you have red in your hair as this could make your colors clash and upset the vibrations. This not only makes you feel bad but it will look pretty awful too.
RED:
Red is a hot color. It gives energy and vitality and can be used to help circulatory problems and in depression. Too much red can cause agitation and aggression.
Red used in the workplace attracts money. One well know, very large international bank, has red carpets, I noticed.
Ask yourself whether you are a red person, or not? Look at yourself in the mirror and be honest with yourself. Do you need red today?
ORANGE:
Orange can aid digestion and boost the immune system. Used sparingly, orange has a gentle, soothing, warming effect, but if used too much it may have a reverse effect and cause agitation. This makes orange a good color to use around the dining area of your home.
However, too much orange can be overpowering too other people. If they look at you and see too much orange it gives an overall impression of aggression and an ‘in your face’ kind of personality.
YELLOW:
Yellow stimulates the mind and helps quick thinking. It is good for clearing the mind and lifting the spirits. This is the natural sunshine color.
GREEN:
Green is the colour of healing. It calms the mind and brings relief from stress and worry as well as stimulating the physical body into utilising it’s own healing powers. In UK there used to be a color called ‘hospital green’ which was used for this very reason.Visualise ‘green’ to relax and calm yourself.
BLUE:
Blue is cooling, calming and protecting. Too much blue can cause depression, tiredness and lethargy. Blue in a bedroom can be calming but too much will make the room depressing.
PURPLE:
Purple can help with mental problems, depression and nervousness. It is also good for rheumatism and bones. Too much purple can make you dreamy, impractical and detached from life. hence the expression, ‘in a purple haze’.
WHITE:
White light is a combination of all colors so it will bring relief and comfort in all area. It will purify the body and calm the mind. Bring down the white light to protect yourself from those things that may harm you, mentally, or physically.
Use these colors in the form of colored candles, colored bulbs, crystals, clothing, flowers, or any other way you like. The effect will be the same. Experiment with wearing different color combinations and see how different they can make you feel.
You also need to be aware that the colors you wear affect other people and the way they see you. Are you powerful, or strong, or are you wishy washy and weak? Are you argumentative, or passive and quiet? Colors tell other people your secrets so be careful what you wear.
