Be a Stress Buster

You can’t afford a negative thought. Toxic thoughts determine a perception of life events which cause negative emotions that lead to illness.

For years, doctors and health administrators have preached about how diet and environment play a major role in one’s health. If you have ever confronted your own personal illness or disease, you have most likely asked yourself, “Where did this come from? Why me?”

The ongoing problem is most people have heard about healthy diets, lowering fat intake and becoming heart friendly by pounding the treadmill. People listen but don’t react. They sabotage themselves because of impassiveness. Would it surprise you to know the root cause of most illness is not physical? The real cause, imbalance, lies deep within every person who is ill. We create every sickness we experience, either on a conscious or subconscious level.

Some may call it “karma” or “payback time.” Others may say, “Bunk. I would never do something like giving disease to myself. But it’s true. The way we chose to use our minds and the way we respond to our outer world have more to do with disease than our environment and diet.

Just as the book with the same title ─ you can’t afford a negative thought. We know stress can kill. But did you know it’s actually not the stress that kills, it’s the way you process stress that causes harm or sickness? Think of the body as being a mirror of our emotions, beliefs and inner thoughts. That’s right. Every cell in your body owns its intelligence and can hear what you are thinking, and feel what you express emotionally. Recurring modes of thinking and suppressing negative emotions such as resentment, anger and hatred, will eventually manifest disease within the body. Your suppressed emotions are like a ticking clock, waiting for the perfect condition to chime and cause disease.

which cause negative emotions, which cause body cells to create toxic chemicals, which create toxic cells and an invitation to disease.

While in this state, one is likely to be affected with viruses, harmful bacteria, parasites and the storage of toxic chemicals from pollution and food. When you become stressed, negative emotions such as anger, hatred, impatience and resentment, create toxic chemicals in your cells. Certain biological processes such as, nutrient transference, elimination, digestion, hormone and brain function become seriously disrupted.

When you live in a state of harmony and balance, illness cannot set up shop in your body. When emotions are suppressed and negativity is mindfully stored, illness prevails. Environment and diet help contribute to disease, however, these elements are not the underlying cause of most illness.

It makes sense that the suppressing and warehousing of emotions are the true causes of many illnesses. People who are calm and balanced rarely get sick. On the other hand, emotional people who have experienced serious trauma and hold on to their past difficulties will experience illness. This will happen regardless of diet or environment.

Follow these four strategies to harmony and healing:

  1. Put into action a nutritional diet and environment to support physical health
  2. Become conscious of balancing the mind, body and spirit in all you do to support your physical health
  3. Take full responsibility for your illness and empower yourself to implement and accomplish a cure
  4. Commit yourself entirely, financially and physically, toward restored health
