That’s cool, I didn’t know that.
Good article!

I don’t believe this because there is no proof. Someone could tell me that dirt also does these things, but it does not.

So… what are the mixture amounts and how much and how to take it??? This information is missing from the article and I believe that it’s very important.

Sorry, but I can’t believe an article with so many grammatical errors… “A extraordinary” “A evergreen tree”… I sound this makes me sound like a total douchebag…

Jeff, they’re what are called ‘folk remedies.’ Supposedly they’re pearls of wisdom passed down by homonids before we fully developed into human beings.
I myself would *love* to know for a fact if raw honey (google it, but its basically unpasteurized unhomogynized honey straight from the comb) and cinnamon will help me regain my hearing, since I lost 80% of it from ototoxic (again, google it, or dictionary.com it) drugs while in the hospital.
Also, to an extent, Jeff: serious studies may not be allowed (according to the government) because if these foods actually had healing properties then they’d have to be classified as drugs, which would then require strict regulation. I read a story not long ago about California cherry farmers not being allowed to boast about the antioxidant capabilities because the DEA told them what I just told you: to hype the healing qualities of these foods they’d need to be reclassified as drugs.

Everyone always wants to see studies and what not but no one wants to try it for themselves. Hop your self up on a ton of sugar and then check your blood glucose level. Next, try the cinnamon with black tea. Check your blood glucose and report back your findings.
Just because science didn’t say yea or nay to something doesn’t mean you shouldnt try you own investigation. Think for yourselves for once.
Mike G get over the grammatical errors. No one is perfect.

There is in fact some merit in the article. I know that the cinnamon with the honey works for colds. Honey with ginger or ground blackpepper also works for the cold. Also honey with lemon or lime juice gives relief to a hacking, irritating cold. I have used these couple of remedies since the last 45 years and knows that it works.

Just because pharnas spend millions and millions of dollars educating doctors and research scientists to come up with an answer which the media will buy and sell to the politicians. All to protect the bottom line. Read a book by G EDWARD GRIFFIN The story of vitamin B17 called
