Most people when they think about supplements think about Vitamin C, or Vitamin B12; other think about herbal treatments, but there is a new supplement making waves. The new supplement is called Coenzyme Q10; the proper name is Ubiquinol, which is a great supplement for Heart health, increasing your energy level and is one of the best antioxidants out there.

It is believed that people, who take “statins” for high cholesterol, are depleted of Coenzyme Q10, which is found in almost all the cells through our body. It is suggested to speak to your doctor or health care provider to see if adding coenzyme Q10 to you daily supplement routine. Ubiquinol is a very strong lipid-soluble antioxidant, which is probably a great reason to talk to your doctor.

Increased energy is another reason to consider including this supplement to your daily supplement routine, since it plays an important role in ATP production, (adenosine triphosphate). This substance transfers the necessary nutrients along with coenzyme Q10, to provide not only energy but also the balance the body’s metabolism.

This supplement along with a well balance diet and exercise over time can help give you more energy, better appearance and a general healthy feeling all over. The elderly say it gives them more energy, with more energy you tend to be more conscious of you’re over all appearance.

  5. My experience is that CoEnQ10 provides increased physical endurance, and it appears to have played a part in handling clinical depression, for me, personally. Key, however, is suffcient dosage. If you find you are seeing no change, please do, assuming your doctor has no objection, boost the dosage. I have been taking 200 mg of the regular form, and 100mg of the stronger form (Ubiquinol)/day.

    I had backed off, as I began to run out, and found my mood deteriorated. When I boosted the supplement to what I had been on, I saw a mood improvement and increased initiative.This nutrient seems to impart a slight euphoria, in addition to what I have mentioned above. And, as mentioned elsewhere, it is strongly supportive of the cardio-vascular system. Since I mentioned this system,I will remind you to take B-complex and antioxidants (e.g., in grapes and berries) too, for long life and much more fun.
