Most people when they think about supplements think about Vitamin C, or Vitamin B12; other think about herbal treatments, but there is a new supplement making waves. The new supplement is called Coenzyme Q10; the proper name is Ubiquinol, which is a great supplement for Heart health, increasing your energy level and is one of the best antioxidants out there.
It is believed that people, who take “statins” for high cholesterol, are depleted of Coenzyme Q10, which is found in almost all the cells through our body.
