Color Therapy: Violet

Violet color is associated with Crown Chakra, one of the three master chakras and seven major chakras. Crown chakra deals with the energy of higher mind. Its complement color is yellow.

Indications of violet: Hope, honor, dignity, self-respect, purification, spirituality

• Violet color affects the skeletal system and nervous system.
• It is very effective in cancerous conditions of the body.
• It stimulates the spleen.
• It purifies the blood.
• It maintains the sodium and potassium balances of the body.
• It helps the body in assimilating nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
• It controls excess hunger and anger.

• Violet color is the mixture of red and blue rays. It balances the physical and spiritual energies.
• It is very effective in calming the psychological disorders and diseases.
• It enhances the spirituality.
• Violet color rules the center of the head. It is a healing color.
