Detox Through Your Feet
Foot detox is a healthy alternate to cleansing your body.
You often hear about healthy remedies that work, but do they? I have found one that works for me. I started a few months ago doing a ion detox through my feet. Many of you have probably heard about those Kinoki pads that you can put on your feet and sleep with, same concept.
The sessions last for about an hour, you soak your feet in warm water with a machine. It works to pull all of the toxin out of your body and into the water through the soles of your feet. Many people say that the water will change color with just the machine, and possibly that is true, but I know it is working for me.
Ever since I was young I had a swollen lymph node in my neck. No matter how many medications I took, it never went away. It would bother me because it was this bump on my neck that I could play with and move, but it would cause some pain as well.
After about 8 treatments of the foot detox, the swollen lymph node was gone. Through some of these sessions she would tell me that she was seeing toxins from my lymph nodes in the water. I fully believe that as she knew nothing about the swollen lymph node in my neck. It was not a subject we had ever discussed.
Since I have been doing this, I have been paying close attention to what my body eliminates. I simply pay more attention to the things that I eat. My water has been much clearer the past few times.
For those of you that are stress buckets, I can attest that it does a number on your body. It seems the weeks where i feel stress free my water is somewhat clear. If I have had a great deal of stress in teh days before I detox, my water is disgusting. It is amazing how your body will hold on to toxins when you are stressing.
I would highly recommend to anyone to try it at least once. I’m sure there are many places that do this type of treatment.

Hi Kimmie,
Good testimonial. Just a few typos.I.E. an ion, toxins, who is “she?”, I, ten. I find that no matter how often I go over an article, someone else always finds stuff I’ve missed.
Love,
Grandma
