Eight Sex Boosting Roots

Nature has given us many herbs to boost sexual powers and have a contented life. The roots given below have been used traditionally in the ancient countries like India and China.

Sex is a god-given elixir for the well being of all living being. It is an integral part of our lives and is essential for the continuation of the species, besides it being far more than just a technical necessity. But today it is not treated in the right way of the past because of the present changing life styles. Sex is sought in unnatural ways just to quench the timely thirst. But we have to find out the divinity and delicacy of this phenomenon and the world today is in a  confused state unable to find the proper line of distinction between sex in general and pornography in particular. Nature is the best physician having ready -made medicines in the Nature’s Pharmacy, in the shape of roots, leave, fruits, flowers, vegetables, etc. They balance the condition of our body to maintain good health. Many of them have been traditionally to boost sex and sexual health. There are may roots that have been used for enhancing sex life. 

NINE SEX BOOSTING ROOTS

1)Aswagandha Root

Aswagandha or winter cherry, scientifically called Withania Somnifera belonging to Dunal family, contains excellent properties for enhancing sex. It is rather called sex tonic. This is commonly found in India. The powder of this root is mixed with black gram, long pepper, gingili seed powder and jaggery. It improves body strength and sexual vigor. It has been a traditional sexual stimulant in East Africa and other eastern parts. Aswagandha, besides being an aphrodisiac herb, is also known to lower blood pressure. 

2)Maca Root

Maca root originally comes from the central highlands of Peru. The extract of maca root has been the subject of several studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals that has been proved to be effective in sex life. The products that are made combining this root are sex enhancing organic supplements for boosting sex and general health. 

3) Hairy Root Plant

Shirsh Zallouh which is commonly called hairy root plant and identified as Ferula hormonis is found on the high mountains above 6,000 feet. It is a perennial plant of the parsley family. The root of this plant are soaked in wine or are ground into powder and taken in capsules or mixed with tea. This is said to be a Lebanese herbal product. 

4) Buffalo Bean Root

Buffalo beans or yohimbe, scientifically called Citropsis Articulata,  is considered as the sex tree of Uganda. It  is a short humble bush tree related to the citrus trees and grows in West African rain forests. Since the root of this tree is found to be an effective aphrodisiac having anti-impotence qualities and is used excessively in preparing sex boosting tonics, this tree is facing the danger of extinction. 

5) Prunus Africana Sex Plant

Prunus Africana is also a sex plant found in West Africa, especially in Uganda.  It boosts immunity and sex power. The leaves and roots of the plant are chewed or boiled for tea which give medicinal values apart from treating sexual impotence.

6) Kava Kava Root

Kava kava root is an aphrodisiac that has a direct effect on the sexual desire and prowess. It increases the intensity of the sexual orgasms. Kava kava is derived from piper methysticum, a native shrub from the Polynesian Islands. The natives of this island first chew on the roots and blend the root and saliva mixture with the coconut milk and prepare a beverage. 7) Ginger The Aromatic Root

Ginger commonly found in the eastern world is an aromatic root very useful for women. It has been a  powerful treasure chest of health benefits that keep bodies lively. Researches have found ginger to be effective for reducing the nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy, and the pain associated with menstruation and other complications found in women. 

8) Sarsaparilla Root

Sarsaparilla, scientifically named  Smilax Ornata, is found all over in India and contains ingredients that mimic the action of some human hormones. Often they are used to improve sexual functioning or as a rejuvenating tonic.
