This form of exercise includes stretching, sustaining postures, breathing, and quiet reflection. Other then inner peace, you will find you have higher flexibility, balance, and strength. At the same time, yoga decreases blood pressure, relieve headaches and asthma, decrease lower back pain, and prevent injuries during other activities.
