The following yoga procedures should be done before breakfast and need to be repeated 10 times each for good results.

Anulom-Vilom Pranayam

Sit down straight, breathe normally and form the pranayam mudra with right hand. Close right nostril with right thumb and exhale slowly through the left nostril. Now inhale slowly to your maximum capacity. Close left nostril with ring and little finger and lift the thumb off the right nostril. Exhale gradually through the right nostril. Do again with the left nostril to complete one complete round.

Ujjayee Pranayam

Close eyes sitting in sukhasana. Breathe out fully. Now breathe in with both the nostrils and contract your neck muscles to produce a nonstop sobbing sound – low but equally pitched without any breaks. Inhale to your lungs, in maximum capacity. You must feel some slight vibration in your chest and head areas. Make an effort in holding your breath as long as possible. Now form the pranayam mudra with your right hand and close the right nostril with right thumb and breathe out slowly through left nostril. This completes one complete round.

Bhramari Pranayam

Sit straight with eyes closed in either sukhasana or padmasana and inhale normally. Close both your ears with your thumbs. Keep your index fingers on your forehead close to the agya chakra and the rest three fingers on your eyes. Exhale completely, then inhale slowly and fill your lungs with air. As you breathe out slowly, hum like a bee. Focus your mind on this sound.

Deep Breathing & Dhyan

Form gyan mudra with hands on the knees, palms upwards. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Inhale to your lungs with maximum capacity and exhale.

Shavasana

Lie on your back with legs straight and distant by about a foot. Keep arms on the floor, a little away from your torso, palms facing upwards. Make sure there is no nervousness in the body. Close your eyes and focus on breathing in a regular pattern.
