Grapes Medicinal Uses

What perfect timing!
I had a lot of grapes today. They were the best grapes I’ve had in a long time and looked exactly like the ones in the second picture.
I am skeptical about the curing cancer part though. If they are the miracle cure then why are we not seeing it?
