Health with Colors: The Interrelation of Food and Chakras
Light is necessary for all physiological functions in our bodies. In fact, it acts as an ignition system. Each color has a specific wavelength that stimulates specific body systems. But we are spending most of the time under the influence of artificial light and our bodies are starving for real light and color.
Food is one of the ways to get real light and color. Scientists have concluded that the light energy from the food we eat has a remarkable effect on many biological functions.

thank you for this information, but i feel that you haven’t reseached it properly, there are plenty more things you should write about the chakras and not stick to what is commonly thought of as ‘normal’ for them. you do not have to stick to the trdaitional ‘colours’ or thoughts concerning each chakra. allow your instincts to guide you. i am a teacher in this field and although what you have put is basically correct, do not restrict people by only stating what everyone else ‘feels, thinks’ about our energy system.
Thank you.
