How to Achieve Lucid Dreaming in three Easy Steps
Exciting read and a great guide for you!
The Basics
First, to achieve lucid dreaming you must be motivated! Read anything and everything you can about lucid dreams , Go on forums that discuss lucid dreaming
, Tell you family or friends about lucid dreaming to get them motivated has well so you don’t feel alone in this.
The second basic step is one of the most important. DO NOT sleep late or when you become sleepy, Being conscious and aware that your going to dream is very hard to do when you sleep at a later time. Try to sleep at the same time each day, and get used to that time.
This is maybe the most important step so listen carefully. Once you have achieved your lucid dream DO NOT get to exited ( almost impossible not to do around the first 2-3 times, so don’t worry ) if you do you will probably wake up. Also don’t be in a hurry to get things done thinking your going to wake up soon, take your time and have fun!
Also, keep a dream journal! Why? Because it will help increase your dream recall, which is very important if you want to remember you had a lucid dream!
The Techniques
Ok, not onto the next major step, to achieve lucid dreaming you have to have a technique. I will be listing 3 of the main techniques i know of ( theres many more, but these 3 have been proven to show better results )
MILD (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream)
This technique is usually used by beginners and experienced people as well. With this technique you just say to yourself “I will have a lucid dream” , ” I will become aware that I am dreaming” and other things similar to that. The main idea of this method is to convince yourself that you WILL have a lucid dream.
Other forms of this method are to do this AFTER you have awoken from a dream , or to write down on a piece of paper ” I will have a lucid dream ” etc.
WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)
This technique is a little harder to do, but considered by some easier.
The main thing you do in this technique is to make your body sleep while your mind stays awake. Sounds a little tricky but all you have to do is just think about something ( thinking about lucid dreaming is preferred ) by doing this your mind will think your body is asleep thus move onto the next stage getting closer and closer to dreaming as the stages go. Then after awhile you will start to see images, focus on these images which will eventually turn into dreams and then you’ll notice your in the dream!
WBTB ( Wake-Back-To-Bed )
This techniques main idea is to wake up after about 4-6 hours of sleep, stay up for about 20-30 mins and read something about lucid dreaming or anything actually. Then go back to sleep !
If you cant wake up and get out of bed because you would disturb others, I would combine this technique with the WILD technique, so just wake up ( don’t get out of bed ) and just close your eyes and think about lucid dreaming the hard part is to stay awake during all of this! may take a bit of practice!
* All these techniques cant happen without any effort, the more time you put in the better results you will receive*
Lucid Pills
Although I have never tried taking lucid dreaming pills I will try my best to inform you about them!
Now, some people say lucid pills are just made from sugar, and just trick your mind into thinking that you will get a lucid dream from them ( much like the MILD technique ). But others say that it does work and is not a hoax.
in my opinion if you really want to lucid dream asap, you should try these. There are no dangers I know of that lucid pills can cause. But doing some research about them wouldn’t hurt, so before you try this pills check out Google, or another search engine and read other peoples opinions !
If you don’t know where to buy these pills Google search it, many links will pop-up . I would choose the one most people recommend.
End Notes
I hope you enjoyed this guide on how to achieve lucid dreaming in 3 easy steps. Lucid dreaming will take effort and time, but it is well worth it! In lucid dreaming nothing can stop you , you can fly , explore mysterious worlds and much more! So why not try it out?
Thank you for reading this guide, and best of luck to you!

You should *never* recommend to others to buy random pills online. If you have never tried them and do not know what is in them, how can you suggest others have a go? You would be morally responsible for anyone being harmed. Highly irresponsible.
It is a very self-contradictory essay.

Gill, He DID WARN people, let me quote him from his article:
“But doing some research about them wouldn’t hurt, so before you try this pills check out Google, or another search engine and read other peoples opinions ! “

Sorry, this guide sucks, and I would really be surprised if anyone learns to lucid dream from your shallow and rushed explanations of MILD and WILD.
If you are serious about learning to lucid dream, check out a site dedicated to it such as ld4all.com or dreamviews.com.
