Sometimes the stress of a busy life can make us feel frazzled and we need a brief escape. What better way to escape than through the comfort of a warm bath? An even better idea is to turn an ordinary bath into a healing, nature bath. It only takes twenty minutes to experience the soothing power that a nature bath can have on your psyche.

Here’s how bring the healing power of nature into your bathroom:

Supplies Needed

  • A CD player
  • A CD of new age music selections
  • Herbal tea bags in your favorite flavors and scents
  • Natural jar candles with your favorite fragrances
  • A bath pillow

To Take Your Nature Bath:

Remove All Distractions

Now’s the time to unplug your telephone and let your family know you won’t be available for the next twenty to thirty minutes. You don’t want any distractions when you take your nature bath.

Set Up Your CD Player

Hook your CD player into a wall socket in the bathroom and insert your new age CD. Make sure your CD player is far removed from your water source. You don’t need an unexpected shock to alter this stress relieving experience.

Draw Your Bath Water
