Kanji Hand Postitions for Reiki

Our hands have many chakras in them. The main ones in your palms are activated during Reiki attunements and opened to channel Reiki energy.

Tools to enhance our life – Kanji hand positions

e Kanji hand positions are wonderful tools to assist you in centring yourself, increasing your power and also receiving guidance. Use the Kanji hand positions before starting Reiki treatment. You can stand or sit at the head of your client, close your eyes, and assume a Kanji hand position for about 30 seconds while grounding and focusing.

 Kanji 1 –

Kanji 1 assists you to bring in Spiritual Energy. Place the tips of your index fingers together and interlace the other fingers of both hands.

Kanji 2 -

Kanji 2 brings spirit closer and increases the power available to you. Place the tips of your middle fingers together and interlace the other fingers of both hands.

Kanji 3 -

Kanji 3 assists you to tap into your “knowing” and guidance. When working with a client, you may want to know the real cause of their problem. You can use Kanji 3 to receive the answer. Interlace your fingers so that when you move your palms together, your fingers are between your palms. Close your eyes and relax, ask your subconscious mind for the information you want, and then wait for the answer. Practice this position often for the best results.

When giving a Reiki treatment, do not allow your fingers to splay or spread apart. Keep fingers touching at all times, remember this golden rule, scattered fingers means scattered energy!

Our hands have many chakras in them. The main ones in your palms are activated during Reiki attunements and opened to channel Reiki energy. Each of our fingers also has smaller chakras with concentrated energy coming out of them. The energy is ‘Light’ energy.
