Marijuana: Can It Help You Poop?

Seriously, it’s not just for those who need to eat. It helps with the tougher part of digestion too!

Tireless efforts have been put forth by those researchers in Europe and Canada, to test out the effect of marijuana and its benefits to those with major pooping problems.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Chrone’s Disease, Lactose Intolerance, and many other disorders that cause chronic and usually daily bouts of pain and pooping discomfort.

Many of the main symptoms of these disease’s are:

  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Constipated Diarrhea
  • Cramps
  • Bloating
  • Chronic Pain
  • Nausea
  • Lack of Appetite
  • Stress
  • Uncontrollable Spasms

Most of these symptoms, coincidentally are easily subsided with some small use of medical mary jane. Many US states have already acknowledged that marijuana is acceptable to be used by those who suffer from varies spastic disorders, including ones that are related to the G.I. tract.

Research shows that marijuana can numb those haywire receptors in our brains that cause random and painful spasms through out the body. It has also been shown to help patients with vomiting or nausea issues, to be able to eat and digest their food easier.

Now, while research also shows that cravings for unhealthy foods, that are usually a trigger for G.I. related issues, if a person were to keep their munchies in check by eating a healthier selection of snacks and meals, than they very well could be on to the safest form of medication for pooping problems.

Laxatives, stool softeners, medications, and other alternative medications have proven not to be very useful, and to have so many adverse side effects, that most digestive problem suffers prefer to just deal with their issues without any resolve, attempting to limit their food intake to the bare necessities.

Many of them have found themselves of disability because of the constant bathroom trips and severe pain that keeps them from working. Those who have decided to self medicate while the herb is still illegal, have found themselves in a difficult situation. Because the herb is still illegal almost all over the US, you can’t work and have relief at the same time. Otherwise you’re a criminal.

This leaves many out of work, either because they are in pain, or because they are not in pain and are considered criminals. What kind of a way to live is that?
