Migraine Headaches Natural Healings and Cures!
Chronic conditions like headaches are usually caused by a variety of imbalances in our bodies. Toxins and impurities cause the imbalances in your body. Natural treatments to cleanse the body are important. I like address this migraine disorder as a cluster and tension a headache. 1) Take 1 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel in the mornings and 1 in the evenings
2) Drink cumin-coriander tea (one teaspoon of each mixture per cup)
3) Sometimes eating sweet helps. A piece of sweet fruit, or some ice cream may help
4) Avoid direct sun exposure from the rising sun., when sun is rising it is hot, sharp, penetrating rays increases dilation of blood vessels in the brain. Don’t walk or work in the sun without wearing a hat. A hat on your head protects and prevents from aggravating the headaches.
Systemic (K) kappa type headaches occur when some diets that enters into the general circulation, and starts sinus headaches which are more in the frontal and nasal areas of the head. This headache occurs in winter or spring, strikes in the morning or evening, and gets worse when you bend down. It is often associated with sinus congestion and clogging of the nose, and is followed by a cold or a cough. It starts in the upper frontal area of the skull, moves down to the forehead.
1) Boil fresh ginger or dried ginger powder and then inhaling the steam-is effective.
2) One teaspoon of hot water, add one teaspoons of ginger powder, make it into thick paste, place it into a water towel, and place it on your head, it helps relieve the pain.
3) Another simple remedy: Mix 1 teaspoon warm water one teaspoon salt to make a thick, concentrated solution. Put 3 to 5 drops of this salt water in each nostril. This greatly helps to drain and unclog the sinuses and relieve the headache.
4) Hot Oil massage is beneficial

i like your idea of trying to cure the headaches from the roots, not just the symptoms. thanks for sharing!
