This is a very useful way that I get rid of my colds that I thought I’d share with you all. Enjoy!

I haven’t been feeling too well for the past couple of days and that is because I do have a pretty bad cold but I would like to share with you all how to get rid of your cold in 2-3 days if you follow what I am about to share. Enjoy!

1)      What you want to do first is put on a pot of water to boil and add pieces of Ginger Root to the water.

2)      To let the ginger truly extract into the water, turn the heat down and let the ginger roots and water simmer for about 30-40 minutes.

3)      Once you have done this, the water should look mid to dark brown. The water shouldn’t be light because the ginger tea isn’t going to give off the full effect to help you feel better.

4)      Once you have done this, grab you a cup and pour some ginger tea into a cup and add some honey and lemon juice. Do not add any sugar because this is meant to help you get over a cold and adding sugar will defeat the purpose of getting better.

*I also brought some Ricola Honey Lemon with Echinacea and I drop two of those into my tea and this tea is soothing and has gotten me to feel extremely better but I recommend that you drink at least 2 cups throughout the day.

*I also recommend that you chew some of the ginger root because it helps get the cold up and out of your system rapidly.

I hope this helps you and another tip to getting better is to take it easy really get some rest. My boyfriend practically forced me to stay in bed and he did everything and I am forever grateful to have found someone so special.

Again I hope this helps and I thank you all for reading!
