Sitting in front of the computer for the whole day can really get your eyes weak and that’s what happened to me. Working online is a tough work especially if you got to work with your computer for the whole day. I do a bit of online share trading and the rest of the time I write articles online and so I stay in front of the computer for about 14-18 hours every day and that was taking the toll on my eyes.

Day by day my eye sight was getting bad and that was really a great cause of worry.

I am already wearing a correcting lens and now I didn’t want my power to increase again and again. I thought of consulting an eye specialist and he prescribed me using Optein capsule for a month and try and see if it helps. Optein capsule is supposed to be a vitamin supplement for improving eye sight and I bought it immediately and started using it.

Good think about Optein capsule is it just doesn’t have any side effects, you can use it normally and don’t need to fear any form of side effects. Dizziness, head ache, nausea and vomiting are normally the symptoms associated to vitamin supplement but with Optein capsule I didn’t suffer any think as such. So if you are using Optein capsule you don’t need to fear any side effects but the bad side is I didn’t find it effective. After using it for over a month nothing really changed. My eye sight was getting weaker day by day and so after over a month I stopped using Optein capsule and instead started yoga classes.

Yoga did help me to keep my eye power under check for a long time and these days I don’t really use vitamin supplements but perform yoga regularly to keep my eye power under check.
