Great job! This was very informative. I didn’t realize that you could eat pineapples to stop coughing. I will definitely have to try that. My grandmother has arthritis. I wonder if eating pineapples will help with that.

i eat one to three cups of fresh pineapply every morning because i like the taste and feel after eating it. im not in to vitamins or health things, but pineapple is really a good fruit. just make sure you eat it on empty stomach first thing in the morning.
you can also eat eat an hour after your morning fresh fruit juice.
