So Very Sad at Such a Happy Time
Very sad news of a beloved friend to many, a loved daughter and sister.
On November 29th, 2008 Leafil Alforque 22 years old was swept away by a wave during a trip to the Oregon coast. She arrived here, just days before, from the Philippines to meet the man she had met on the internet in 2005. The Silverton, Oregon man was going to propose when the wave came upon them. Alforque’s body has not been recovered as of this posting. According to Tillamook police, foul play is not suspected. Proposal Rock in Neskowin, Oregon is famous for the lovers spot for marriage proposals.
