The Miracle of Mangosteen
A scientific study showed that extracts from mangosteen fruits rind destroys breast cancer cells, inhibits the growth of human leukemia cells, inhibits the growth of tuberculosis bacteria, helps overcome ailments : diabetes, migraines allergies, back pains, arthritis, chronic fatigue, and many other conditions.
Mangosteen is known as a “Queen of Tropical Fruits”. This is a dark purple fruits that consist of fleshy segments inside a rind which may be eaten fresh. Other xanthones found in Mangosteen are: Alpha-and beta-mangostins, mangostenol, mangostenone A & B, trapezifolixanthone, tovophyllin B, garcinone B, mangostenol, and the flavonoid epicatechin.
Hundreds of years ago, natural healers throughout Southeast Asia have traditionally used Mangosteen to treat the inflammation, dysentery, skin disorders fungus, bacteria, cancer and other conditions. Due to their strong antiproliferation and antioxidation properties, the xanthones in the extract have potential for preventing cancer.
