To clear up a stuffy nose: Try chewing a couple of strong peppermint Altoids.
For aching muscles from the flu: Mix one tablespoon of horseradish and 1/2 cup of olive oil. Let the mixture sit 30 minutes and use it as a massage oil for instant relief.
For toe nail fungus: Soak toenails in Listerine mouthwash. Treat every day until fungus disappears.
To remove rust: Saturate a sponge with Coca Cola and scrub away the rust.
To kill bugs: Try spraying with 409 cleaning fluid. Kills them instantly.
Splinter remover: Cover splinter with Elmer’s Glue, let dry and remove glue and splinter.
Skin blemishes: Cover the blemish with honey and place a band aid over it. Honey kills bacteria and clears up the blemish overnight.
Eliminate puffiness under the eyes: A dab of Preparation H carefully rubbed under the eye, avoiding the eye. It relieves the swelling instantly.
Urinary infections: Dissolve two tablets of Alka-Seltzer in a glass of water and drink it at the onset of symptoms.
Sore throat: Mix 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup honey. Take 1 tablespoon six times a day. The vinegar and honey kills bacteria.
