I like doing yoga, and I had to say that I have abbandoned it.
I feel very well when I practice yoga, and there are excersices of yoga for all ages, because yoga ia abouth breathing.
Thank you for remaind me the benefits of yoga, I will reread my yoga books and restart an excersice routine, my claps for your article
