Caring for Feet

It is as important to take proper care of your feet as it is to care for your face and hands.

Walking daily in the morning is not good for your health but also keeps your feet in good condition but make sure at the time of walking wear comfortable shoes. Make a habit to clean and soap well between the nails and toes daily when you take shower in the morning.

If you have any hard area at the heel or sole and any hard calluses which develop, that can be smoothed with a pumice stone. After drying apply peppermint foot cream and intensive menthol for soft and conditioned feet. You can use another cream called E45 dermatological moisturizing lotion which is good for relieving dry, softening, soothing and sensitive skin.

If you have a problem of sweating a lot you can use shoe liners in the shoes. With this you can get rid off sweat and obnoxious smell caused due to shoes and sweat. Also there is a spray available, simply you have to spray into the shoes or trainers it is very effective.

Keep your socks clean and change them every day that will be better for you. If you wear clean socks daily it helps you in keeping your feet clean and fresh. Regularly wearing sport shoes generate bad smell and bacteria so wash them neatly by hand or in a washing machine and keep them in open place that can get dried easily.

Try to soak your feet daily in the evening in a nice basin full of warm water for at least 5 minutes. This increases blood circulation and work as foot spa which is very effective to make your skin look glowing, smooth and beautiful. For best results use massage spindle in swirling water.

Every week make sure you spend some time for grooming toe nails. Keep them trim by cutting and trimming between the cuticles and nails. If possible use peppermint or menthol cream to massage your feet, soles and between toes. Doing this regularly before bed sooths your skin and helps in moisturizing the dry skin of feet and heels. Daily morning you will wake up with great looking soft and smooth foot.
