Easy, Old Fashion, Homemade, Wrinkle Reducing Treatments

As we get older lines appear on our face making us look older than we appear or want to appear. Some wrinkle reducing treatments can be very expensive but they don’t have to be. I have some that will cost you less than $10.00 to apply and the results can be just as good as those expensive treatments.

Aging really sucks and the golden years are definitely not what they are cracked up to be. The Little lines on my face are forming something similar to a road map. I am not sure where they are going to end, they just seem to be getting longer and deeper with new roads appearing everyday and lots of shortcuts around the eyes.  If this scenerio seems familar you may want to try some of these homemade, old fashioned wrinkle reducing remedies.

Creams and treatments are so expensive today it’s ridiculous.

One day I was watching a news segment on TV about wrinkle creams.  The were questioning whether or not those expensive creams were really worth the money so they put them to the test and guess what?  They weren’t really any better they just cost more.  Olay actually ranked the highest in this test and even though that is not one of the really expensive creams it will still cost you plenty.

In hopes of saving you a buck or as much as a hundred I have decided to share these homemade wrinkle reducers with you.  I found them in the Jerry Baker Living Well Books called, “Grandma Putt’s Old-Time Vinegar, Garlic, Baking Soda and 101 more Problem Solvers” and “Supermarket Super Remedies”.

Winkle Reducer #1

What you will need:  mild soap, warm water, milk of magnesia, ¼ cup of virgin olive oil, refrigerated Witch Hazel.

You will need to wash your face with mild soap and water, let it dry and wait 10 minutes.  Use a makeup cotton pad or cotton ball to spread a thin layer of the milk of magnesia on your face, let it dry all the way.  Apply a second layer of the milk of magnesia which will dissolve the first layer and now you can wipe it all off with a warm damp cloth.  The next step is to heat the ¼ cup of Olive Oil in a really small sauce pan.  Do it slowly over low heat until it’s lukewarm.  Apply it to your face with a clean, cotton pad and wait 5 minutes.  Wipe it all off with the cold Witch Hazel.  Do this treatment about twice a week and you will be looking super fine in no time.
