Fluorine:

Iodine:
Iodine is important for your health because without it your kidneys cannot flush properly. Iodine rich foods are all green leafy vegetables, carrots and beetroots. The main cause for skin problems is the kidney, if you want your kidneys flushed and working properly always drink lots of water and eat iodine rich foods.
