  4.  Smoking tobacco can cause dryness in your skin and make you look old.
  5. While scrubbing your skin during bath, avoid scrubbing too hard. Your skin needs oily substances to keep it glowing and young. By scrubbing hard you are removing the required oily substances from your skin.
