Cleanliness is next to Beauty
Since dirt is commonly the main reason for having pimples, it is always advised to keep your face clean. A simple washing of face with water and soap will keep you away from pimples. Always remember that a dirty skin always catches a lot of dirt thus giving the pimples the rise to grow.
Lack of Sleep is an Easy Way to Get Pimples
Sleeping has always been included on health issues as it has lots of importance when it comes to health. Same issue is applied when it comes on having pimple. Staying up late at night affects the hormonal balance of the body that results into helping the pimples grow smoothly into your face.
Oilyness is next to Ugliness
Whenever we eat oily foods, it adds up and reflect to our body. Foods that are rich in oil gives oil screting hormones into the body thus giving a quick rise on your pimples. Avoid eating these type of foods as well as using oil-based face cremes or moisturizers to have a better glow on your skin and prevent pimples.
Know your skin’s sensitivity
No one could tell what’s your skin is irritated with but you yourself. Observe whenever you take medicines, applied cremes or make ups on your face, ate or drink something. Observe and see whether any of these have helped your pimples grow. This could be a great help to change make up or totally avoid what you did to avoid pimples.
Your skin needs a lot of water too.
Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day helps keep the skin hydrated. It then keeps the skin healthy and gives no place for the pimples to grow.
