How to be Attractive When Overweight

I have been overweight all my life. I know first hand on how it feels to be this weight but I have not let the problem hold me dow from being attractive.  You can use what you have to work with and make yourself out to be beautiful only if you try. Being overweight is no reason to look unattractive at all times.  When you are heavy you can do things to fix what is wrong.  If you don’t like something about you then fix it and do it now. This article will focus on how and what to do if you will give it a try. I have been where you are and I sat around feeling bad and unattractive because people made fun of me and people tore me down on my looks.  One day I got mad and decided to make those people eat their words.

We can start by trying to loose the weight and this time don’t give up on yourself. You can do it only if you try.  There is a lot of diets out there but the one I find the best is the one where you push yourself away from the table and the kitchen where your food emnemy is.  We are our worst enemy when we turn to food for comfort.  We are better then that and so just decide to do it.  I use a vegestable diet that I made up myself.  It is starting to work and so I am going to stick to it this time.  Walking will do wonders for you if you get up and do it.  Exercise is important to remember to do three or four times a week for about twenty minutes at a time.  You need to be commited and find a person you caqn trust to help you. Sometimes putting a full length mirror on the bedroom wall will help you stay focused on you and the weight loss.  Take a picture of a woman of the size you want to be and tape it on the refrigarator and each time you want to eat look at it.  Tell yourself “am I eatting because I am hungry or just nervice?” If you are nervice or anxious about something then eat carrots or raw vegetables. Vitimine B complex will help you with you nerves.

In the meantime you need to work on being appealing to yourself and others.  Do this for yourself first.  You need to feel good about you.  Wear make up every day.  Try to make it a routine in getting dressed.  Then make sure you comb your hair into a hair style that you will like and makes your face look thinner.  Go to a hair stylist if you need to.  Now work on you wardrobe and make sure you have clen and nice clothes. Work with what you have.  If you can add a couple of new items even better.  Clean clothes is the best thing in this world. You can make yourself feel like a million bucks and you will even get the comments on how nice you look.

Now for the hardest thing to tackel.  Your personality might need to have some work on it.  I have one that wins and influences people so that was a strong point of mine.  Work on your smile.  I have the habit of smiling all the time when I am around people. Ask yourself if you are pleasant to be around or are you a person that people avoid? Fix that part of you and work on a nice attitude. Attitude is another key of how to be attractive. Do you attact people who is speaking to you on the defensive? Overweight people have to defend themselves  from the mean bullies in life from the beginning because they can be offensive to them.  Overweight people put up shields to protect them from mean people.  It is time to ignore the uncaring people who have nothing better to do but hurt innocent people.  

You need to feel good about ourselves and not let no one person destroy that.  We are beautiful and don’t let anyone tell you different. We are attractive now and forever.  It is time to stand up and be counted as someone special.  We are someone special and the world needs to know it.
