How to Get Rid of Hair Loss


Hair loss can be stopped through these natural ways:-

1.Herbal medicines are there to end your problems. If herbal medication does not work for you, talk to your doctor. 

2. Nutritious foods prevent hair loss too, especially those that are rich in protein and have low carbohydrate content. While you can include fatty acids in your diet, like soy, fish, canola oil and walnut, you need to stay away from foods with high fat content. Omega 3 fatty acids are highly recommended since these have anti-inflammatory properties that play a major role in keeping your hair healthy.

3.HairRub Olive oil or Castor oil and massage onto hair

4.Massage the scalp with egg yolk and leave for 1 hour before washing.

5.Blanch scented geranium leaves in boiling water, strain, cool and use to wash the hair.

6.Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder to honey and olive oil and make it into a paste. Apply onto hair for 15 minutes.

7.Mix aloe vera and some herbal triphala and apply to the hair for a few months to see new hair growth and control hair loss.
