How to Get Rid of Stretch Marks

Tips.

1. Take hot baths and massage the areas regularly.

2.Use vitamin E capsules and rub the oilive oil on the affected areas daily for 2 weeks.

3.Use stretch mark creams and stretch mark lotions.

4.Massage with cocoa butter or shea butter on the affected areas.

5.Topical tretinoin helps to lighten stretch marks and reduce their size.

6.Rub 100% pure mink oil to remove the stretch marks.

7.Eat lot of fibers and vitamin rich diets to get rid of strech marks.

8.Coffee, Coco, and Shea butter, mix it in a bowl, rub it on the area for about 5 mins, and wipe off with a warm water to remove your strech marks.

9.Lemon juice is an effective bleaching agent, and works well on strech marks.

10.Use a good quality scrub and add some Vitamin E oil  to get rid of strech marks.
