Diagnosis of bad breath:

Treatment of bad breath:

I think you are wrong. Chronic bad breath is due to stomach or GI issues. Check your diet.

Your Siwak or Miswak were old fashioned way because there was no modern medicine at that time. Wake up time is not same 1400 years ago, you need to live with technology.
