before going to bed, but it is important to brush and floss after every meal. Now let me fill you in on a secret that many of you probably don’t know. You should also brush your tongue with toothpaste in order to get rid of germs that accumulate while you are sleeping. And if you want your teeth to look whiter, try sprinkling a few teaspoons of baking soda on your toothbrush and brush as you normally would. Now here’s another shocking one: 1/3 of women don’t scrub their skin when showering. It is very important to use either a washcloth or brush when bathing because if you don’t then germs will start increasing gradually in quantity or number. And 24% of women don’t wash their hands. Whether you are getting ready to have dinner or you just finished using the restroom, washing your hands prevents germs that may lead to Ecoli bacteria. More than 40% eat food that has fallen on the floor and 75% have peed in the shower before. I am guilty of the last one though. A number of women have worn their dirty clothes again. Now this is a shocker! In today’s society both men and women are concerned with physical appearance. But does anyone ask or wonder if the person they are attracted to or madly in love with is clean? Just because you are married or are in a comfortable relationship with someone doesn’t mean that you should neglect yourself. Taking a daily shower, brushing and flossing your teeth, washing your hair, combing your hair, grooming your nails and toes, and keeping your complexion flawless are some of the ways you can maintain proper hygiene.
