The Daily Face Lift Without the Actual Face Lift
The best way to keep your face looking great and it doesn’t cost a fortune. Just do a few exercises and you will have noticeable results in just a couple of days.
Did you know that there a certain exercise that you can do to keep your face and neck toned and healthy. It is said that you should exercise your face thirty minutes a day to keep from getting wrinkles, crows’ feet, lines and sagging. Imagine all this money that people have been spending on those “miracle” creams and lotions that are supposed to take ten years off and all you have to do is some little exercises that don’t cost anything but a little of your time. They are easy too.
The first one you sit up straight and look at the ceiling, with your lips closed you make a chewing motion with your jaw. Do this for 20 counts and relax. The next one has you in the same position and you pucker your lips and reach toward the ceiling with your lips hold it there for a count of 10 and relax. Then the third one is in the same position you stick out your tongue and reach for your chin, hold it for a count of 10 and relax. Next is in the same position you pull your lower lip up over the upper lip and hold it for a count of 5 and relax. Then, sitting up straight looking forward, with your mouth closed lower your jaw and thrust is forward and keep it there for a count of ten and relax. The next one, laying on your bed with your head dangling over the edge, bring your head up toward your chest and keep it there for a count of ten and relax. Do all these exercises ten times a day to get the results that most people pay hundreds of dollars for.
One other great exercise that can boost circulation to your skin and leave you with a healthy glow is to gently tap your face using your middle finger with quick and sharp taps. And then to massage the ear lobes also, helps with circulation and can help you to relax when you are stressed out. Make sure you are taking care of yourself from the inside out and you will look a lot better for a lot longer.
