Do Children Benefit From Taking Multivitamins?
I really don’t know the medically correct answer for this question but I will attempt to answer the question. I have gotten a few doctors opinions on this matter and some think vitamins are necessary and some don’t.

But most doctors do agree that if a child eats a well balanced meal with a combination of fruits and vegetables they should not need a multivitamin.
Getting a child to eat a balanced meal can sometimes be like playing a guessing game. And some of the time you have to take time and work with a child to encourage eating foods they may not enjoy.
I know most children don’t eat a lot per meal and don’t always get the nutrition they need especially if they are picky eaters.
Children in general will sometimes test you to see if they can get their way about what they will eat and will not eat.
I have a nephew that is three years old and has had some problems gaining weight scents he was born. He has been on a supplement drink scents his birth to help ensure he gets his vitamins. I am aware that children are born with immune deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies and other health related issues that affect a Childs growth.
In closing I don’t think it would hurt to ensure your child gets all the nutrition’s by giving them a multivitamin.

In my opinion, vitamins help a great deal, both for adults and children. Good article.
